Cancellation Policy:
- Due to unforeseen situation，our company has the right to change or cancel the departure or itinerary without further notice and our company will not take any responsibility for the changes and/or cancellation. In this situation，full booking will be refunded.
- If the client cancels the booking 91 days before departure，total payment will be refunded.
- If the client cancels the booking 61 to 90 days before departure，deposit will be forfeited.
- If the client cancels the booking 31 to 60 days before departure，50% of the total payment will be forfeited.
- If the client cancels the booking within 30 days before departure，the full payment will be forfeited.
- The compulsory prepaid items are included as part of the tour fare; therefore， they must be considered in the calculation of refunds.
